Use our product

Beeing a reseller, you can use our JPEG recovery product for you own data recovery company. Given fixed monthly costs, you have unlimited access to our recovery application. This way, your clients will profit from our JPEG recovery know-how.

What is a reseller account?

First of all, please evaluate our product. As a data recovery company, you get a free test number, please contact us by e-Mail reseller@jpeg-repair.org. If you want to use our product for your company, you can purchase a reseller account. With this account you can:
  • Examine an unlimited amount of files or data carriers
  • Create an unlimited amount of client accounts
  • Recover an unlimited amount of images
With a reseller account you have two options for recovery: Either your company itself performs the file recovery. Using your reseller account, you have unlimited recovery credits for our product. Alternatively, you can create accounts for your clients. Using these accounts, your clients can use our service directly by their own. These two options realize a maximal flexibility for using our service.

Are there limitations?

If you create accounts for your clients, please note the following limitations:
  • VG Solutions does not offer e-Mail support for your clients.
  • Multiple examination processes are executed on a single CPU.
Please note that as a reseller, you can create an unlimited amount of client numbers and that you get an unlimited amount of recovery credits.

API

Buying a reseller account, you get an unique reseller ID. Using the API below, you can manage your own client numbers. Each command must be requested with the additional parameter reseller_id. If a command fails, an error message is returned.

You can use the following parameters:

While moving jpg files to a Memory stick, something went wrong and i can't open the files anymore.
I erased my memory card, most important photos have been deleted. I recovered photots using recovery software, but even I was getting photos of other merged in single and they also were blurred.
Some of my images are only half and some of are coloreful.
My images are cut or only the half is shown.
JPG files can be opened but are corrupted.
Pictures are fragmented after data recovery of pictures.
