Product access

We offer an online access for our product VG JPEG Recovery Server (see Product). You can upload and examine both, memory cards and files, with your Client Number. The picture recovery process is performed fully automated. The Client Number offers:
  • Upload of invalid JPEG files with a total size up to 32 GB.
  • Upload of damaged or deleted memory cards. You can upload cards with a size up to 32 GB.
  • An automated recovery examination of your broken image files by our product VG JPEG Recovery Server. This server application is the result of united work of our software developers and our JPEG experts and subject to continuous improvement.
  • Recovery credits for restoring your JPG files. With one credit you can recover at least one JPG picture file, small or incomplete recovery results will be charged only partial.
  • Customer support via E-Mail.
  • The recovery credits will not expire; you can use them in the future again.

We do not offer single recovery credits, only the given package amounts. Please consider that our competitors may charge several hundred Euro, only for file examination.
