Damaged or deleted Memory Cards
Although present on the memory card, sometimes JPEG files cannot be viewed with any software because the data carrier is damaged or you have deleted the JPEG files by mistake. Fortunately, if you can´t see the JPEG files, this does not mean that they aren´t anymore stored on the memory card! With JPEG experts' knowledge and accumulating years of our experience in JPG repairing, a repairing could be possible. Please add a self addressed, prepaid envelope, so we can send back the memory card. Please send in the card good fixed and padded and don´t forget to write down your e-mail address, so we can contact you after the analysis of the card.
Option 1 B: Examining your memory card with our Upload-Server
If your card is not damaged too much, you also can perform a free of cost analysis of your deleted or damaged JPEG memory card (such as SD-Card, CompactFlash-Card, Sony MemoryStick, XD-Card etc) with VG JPEG-Repair for Memory Cards. Once downloaded the software you can transmit the card data to our server. On the server a deep JPG analysis is performed. After this analysis you can view the repaired JPEG files and select the JPEG files you want to be repaired.
