Submitting broken JPG files per E-Mail. Non binding. Individual checking of your broken images by our experts. VG Solutions employee will contact you per E-Mail within 2 business days. If you decide to recover your JPG files after an individual analysis by a VG Solutions employee, you will obtain a discount in the amount you've paid for the analysis of the photo files. The examinations of damaged JPG files and data carriers listed above are not binding. Individual checking of corrupt images

Here you can use the professional skills of our employees to examine your corrupt photo files. Examinations of corrupt images or data carriers are non-binding, of course.

We hold our prices at such a level that only the average efforts of our employees from individual examining of images and data carriers are covered.

Please note that a VG Solutions employee examines your photo files manually in order to find the defects. Sometimes a contact to customer through many days is necessary for the best result, so please forbear from requesting a free-of-cost examination of your corrupt JPG files (Charge for checking: 19.95 Euro, please visit Our prices).

If you decide to recover your photo files after an individual checking, you will obtain a discount in the amount you've paid for the checking.

Each customer obtains an individual contact person (via E-Mail) and a customer number.
