This service is the result of united work of our software developers and our JPEG experts.We offer the examination of damaged jpeg files and data carriers for 9.95 Euro. You can learn more about our pricelist at Price list. Please forbear from requesting a free-of-cost checking of your damaged images. We hold our examination prices at such a level that they are mostly less than the average efforts of our employees for individual examining of images and data carriers. But we also want to offer customers the posibility to restore their files who have only a couple of images that are damaged. So please let us calculate this nominal charge for the usage of our professional service and our upload-server. Please note that a VG Solutions employee examines your photo files manually in order to find the defects. Sometimes a contact to customer through many days is necessary for the best result.
With our examination service you get the following components:
- A professional examination of your damaged images / memory card by one of our employees.
- An individual contact person (via e-mail).
- A customer number to contact our support at any time.

- If the repairing is possible, an overview of all repaired JPG files (thumbnails with a copyright-label).
- The free choice to decide which image to repair.
- A discount in the amount you've paid for the checking, if you want some images to be repaired.
